Queen Street Baptist Church (Norfolk, VA) is an American Baptist congregation that was organized in December 1884 by Rev. Richard Spiller, and a small group of former slaves. The downtown congregation has historically played a vital role in Christian service to Norfolk and the Hampton Roads region.

The church fulfills its mission in several ways, including the following: a feeding program that provides about 6,000 meals annually for the homeless; a clothes closet for the needy; an afterschool literacy program for youth; two community substance abuse programs (including one for first responders in Hampton Roads); a food pantry and benevolence ministry; and serving as the host site for the City of Norfolk’s financial literacy program, Bank On Hampton Roads. There are 20 ministries to meet the needs of the congregation and community.
